Mermaid princess

This weekend we had to make a big drop off at the GW. Not all our stuff, but lots of stuff none the less. Of course we can’t just drop off and leave we have to go in and walk around. They did have a Halloween section set up. There was only about a dozen costumes so I headed straight for it. They had quite a few in Rigby’s size. There was a super fancy Cinderella dress, and a light up fairy costume, a mermaid, and a girl Spiderman. We took them all into the dressing room. Cinderella looked great, but did not phase her. The light up one was about a size too small/tight. Spidey was super cool and the winner. The mermaid fit but it has some kind of spill on the front of it, I was not sure I could cover it up. It was only marked at $3 so I told Rigby I would get it for her but only for play. She also got Spiderman for her school Halloween party. I took the outfits home and 90% of the spill came out of the mermaid costume and she has worn it almost the entire time it came out of the dryer. I hid the Spiderman one otherwise I don’t think it would have a chance to make it to Halloween. I still have to get some royal blue tights to finish the outfit off (and the skirt is very sheer.) Maybe make a tutu to go under….but I have a lot on my plate these days don’t know if I can get that done.
