sad, sad day

Harley has gone completely blind in less than a day. Sunday night he was in playing with Rigby in the bathroom trying to bite the bubbles and by Monday morning completely underfoot and not eating snacks that were clearly on the floor in front of him. By afternoon he is walking into walks and complete unresponsive to light or food dangled in his face. With his nose all stuffed up and still getting bloody noses we believe it is his last days. SO VERY SAD! he has a vet appointment today to see if there is anything we can do, but we think it is a brain tumor that has now grown and pushing on his ocular nerves. We have had a great 12 years with him, and hate to say good bye, but will not let him suffer. watching him walk into walls and cower when you try to pick him up is torture enough. this is not the dog that i know and love for years and years. His appointment at 3:30p today so we will see if there is anything that can be done, but i am afraid the end is near.
