mini popsicles

oh my, i know to you northern-ers 30's to 40's is not that cold but to Floridians it is damn cold. we are bundling up like crazy. but now the heating element in our heater at home is broken, so the heater was on all night yesterday blowing and blowing and could not heat the house up to 70 degrees. the parts are under warranty so we should have it fixed tonight. miss Rigby puts her fingers in her mouth and then on the cold floor and when she touches you they feel like little Popsicles you just want to scoop her up and snuggle with her to keep her warm. she does not notice and does not act like she is cold. i keep her in fleece sleeper jammies all day and lay down extra blankets on the floor to try to keep it at least a little insulated and so she wont get frost bite on her butt. thankfully our cold weather should snap this weekend and back up into the 70's to 80's shortly.
